Ariel is my favorite by far. She reps Pacers so hard on her Facebook and Instagram and when she's out at clubs/bars. She needs to stay at pacers. It's where she belongs.

She really puts Pacers on the map. A niche that only Pacers offers. Rather than getting rid of her, you're better off investing in her. She's a media/PR queen with major skills. So don't fry your goose before it lays your jewel encrusted golden egg.
