Being that, over the years, Anastacia has displayed elegance, grace, leadership AND accountability, it is disheartening to see the administration do everything in their power to keep her from running. There is NO document regarding Miss ASU, so where have these "rules" come from? How do you, two days before, tell someone that they're not cleared? That is not FAIR. After she's spent money, planned and prepared, there should be some level of responsibility taken by those over elections. TWO DAYS BEFORE? Clearance happens weeks prior to campaign season & the lack of organization this go round has shown.

I've had the pleasure of interacting with Anastacia and she Is a wonderful woman! She told me and my friends her many goals for the school way before election season and I think she should be placed in the running

ITS INTERSTING THAT ASU WILL MAKE WAYS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WHO THEY WANT BUT NOT FOR WHO THEY NEED. STACI IS THE PERFECT CANDIDATE ITS A DISGRACE TO NOT ALLOW HER TO RUN.

It seems as if the university is trying to take control of everything run by students out of fear of losing control. I'm not on Campus right now, but I agree that every individual should have a fair chance to at least campaign, especially considering all of the prep time that goes into this before even announcing candidacy.
