Planning Reference A/2006/0625. Say No as this site is in a Heritage Coast designated area and also an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Say No as this is agricultural land, at present used for sheep grazing and it appears to show evidence of Medieval 'ridge & furrow'. Say No as this will increase traffic, create 2 new road entrances on an already dangerous bend. Say No as the villages of Lesbury & Hipsburn have already increased in size by 25% in the past 4 years and more development will adversely alter the character of the villages.
