Lensbury Membership Discount during 2 months pool closure

I have three children who all use the pool at least once, if not twice a week and I support a reduction in membership fees for the duration of the planned pool closure.

I am one of many dismayed at the pool closure and, on a weekly basis, dismayed at how difficult it is to secure a space for aqua aer. Ever decreasing circles opportunity to avail of what I had hoped membership would bring!

Be fair to members - more options for kids

Actually I think Lensbury should provide a discount to compensate for the woeful state to which they have allowed the changing rooms to descend.

I would just like to add that communication of this has been very poor to members.

The reason for joining the Lensbury and continued membership is the use of the pool and the steam. I would like to stop my membership whilst the pool is closed.

Should this not be done over summer when quieter or is the issue being ready for Rugby World Cup?

Good thought, Jo. Vouchers for Hampton Pool during the Summer would be far better than what was mentioned - a pool in Isleworth or Teddington pool. Other members have mentioned vouchers for Summer activities would also be acceptable as a form of compensation.

Swimming lessons are the main reason I am a member. Why not do this in the summer, when the lessons stop? My children are doing so well and I would hate to see their progress hampered. Perhaps you could consider doing it in the July/August instead and offering passes for Hampton Pool, in addition to a membership fee reduction?

At least we need to be able to go to Teddington pool for free, swimming is the main thing we use the Lensbury for. Ideally freeze our costs for 2 months please.

Get a grip Lensbury management. Your members would like to hear form you. Practive communications are really not that hard.

Surely during the summer months would be a better option as there are open air alternatives.

one of the reasons we joined and use the Lensbury is due to the pool especially after the catering and bar facilities were changed and we stopped using them - Teddington pool is not a viable alternative !
