Leniency in correction for CBSE maths grade XII (2015-16)

Dear sir/maam Today foriegn maths paper was a tough and tricky . There were alot of unexpected question. Why would you give us the NCERT book where no question were being tested. Okay it's fine that the Hots question should tested to improve one's thinking skills but it should also be kept in mind that the paper should not consists fully of Hots question. The teachers in our school had asked as to follow the question paper pattern of the board paper 2015 which was prescribed by the cbse. BUT WHY SHOULD THERE BE A SUDDEN CHANGE IN THE FORMAT??????? So our kind request from us is to consider lie Nancy correction and to think about our future. Our faith is in you hands........ Pls have a look into this matter. A CONSERNED STUDENT

Paper was hard. Pattern has changed. request CBSE to correct the paper lineantly

The paper was honestly very lengthy. Even after lots of practice and time management, I found the paper very lengthy. For a person like me who writes and calculates pretty fast, lengthy means incomplete. And very disappointingly too, it was more difficult than the expected level of difficulty thought to be (textbook). Through this petition that I sign, I urge the readers and address the correctors to be linient while correction and considerate of this petition.

Many unfamiliar questions..

Does CBSE really expect us to be expert mathematicians under a year or two. Ok, I get the the more HOTS questions and testing concepts but we're not computers who can calculate and figure out questions is such short span of time especially as someone stated with a lot of distractions. It's just absurd that the paper setters have no clue what a student is facing and makes me genuinely question their legitimacy Pro Tip: Make sure a maths teacher can complete the paper in 2 hours before giving it out for a 3(-) hour exam

I dont get it ... Whats the use of your textbooks if merely 40% of questions are only brought up from it We students work day and night .. Miraculously complete our portions...and when we come to write our exams we realise that cbse isn't testing our knowledge rather the capability of us to mug up millions of guides andbeing able to solve a 3.5 hr paper in just 3 hours. Our hard work should not be rewarded in such a manner . We deserve justice... And im jot begging fr a lenient correction, I'm demanding for it.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Like I don't get it. There are so many people, so smart so not so much, who are writing this paper. And we all had worked so hard. Like why do you change patterns. It's not like we're going to get to know the questions by merely knowing the pattern. I get it for the fact that you are increasing the number of HOTS questions. I WILL ONLY GET THAT PART. Did someone force you? Or did you just "do it" so that off all the people writing the exam only a few will "pass" with flying colours? I pray for the future students writing the board exam
