CBSE finally admitted the paper was a disaster and they are granting the leniency we demanded. They tried to break us with an impossible test but 1,084 of us refused to stay quiet until they folded. Keep watching them because we are done letting this institution treat our futures like …

Dear sir/madam

It has been a great disappointment to understand that three quarter of the present twelfth grade batch has been submitted to such a tough cbse maths foreign paper. A paper which has tricky questions is indeed supposed to be given extra time especially when these 'questions' are included with time consuming calculations. Moreover while answering a paper a student must be exempted from all other disturbances like taking the answer booklet and checking if the filled in information is right. Like seriously, is it that essential to check every word if we have written our roll numbers with utmost precision. Another five minutes is lost in that for a student who is attempting a very lengthy and tricky paper like this.

Correction should be leniant for not only the sake of those students who are failing but also for those of whom this mark is of utmost importance for their college admissions, and that's EVERYBODY. CBSE should further understand that by pressurising the students to study tough portion doesn't help them to lead a better life rather it just depresses them to a certain extent that the three quarter and even the remaining quarter would have considered giving up. I hope I have knocked some sense into this institution who is trying to bring out the best in us but yet fails to do so by just pressurising "the future".

Sincerely

A concerned student

One hundred students have signed this because we all know the CBSE exam was a deliberate trap. The board needs to stop acting like our futures are disposable and start providing the leniency we deserve.

CBSE keeps hiding behind their desks while thousands of us are left to deal with the fallout of their absurdly difficult exam. I am done waiting for them to acknowledge the damage they have done to our futures. We are not backing down until they address this mess and provide the leniency we clearly deserve.

CBSE is ignoring us while our futures hang in the balance, so we need to hit one hundred signatures right now to force them to acknowledge this nightmare. Stop waiting for someone else to act and get this in front of everyone you know.

I may not be in 12th, but my brother in India has taken the worst path to escape from this mess. His life got over along with the paper. CBSE needs to realise that these marks count for your future, as well as ours when we write the paper. Sincerely A 10th grader

When cbse is not planing to include any of the textbook questons..why do they issue cbse ncert text book....why do they make us learn that book in schools.....even after going through many guides we found it difficult to attend such a paper...which simply make us depressed....

Sir/maam We would really appreciate if there's a leniency in the correction of our math papers keeping in mind that the paper was lengthy and HOT'S dominating . The time span of 3hrs was a bit les for the completion of the paper.

People who try to overcome their phobia for mathematics cannot do so because they are confident before the paper and in the same place back where they were after the paper. Such difficult papers do not develop students rather ruin their self-confidence.

The paper was not only tough and tricky but also lengthy and that didn't give time for us to solve the tough questions. Please correct leniently so that we won't miss out on the all- important admissions after studying for entire year
