I too , believe this proposed development is way too large for the area. A structure that is the same size as the existing complex's is more reasonable . With the LRT expansion it has created a high volume of non residents short-cutting thru the community . A project of this size will even add more congestion.

RA7 is a much better option and a good compromise. Please consider the thoughts of the residents and not just the developer. We are not saying Don’t Build - but we are asking to consider the impact a huge structure will have on Lendrum - not enough space to properly accommodate!! The traffic going into Saville is already crazy.

the proposed housing structure simply is just too large, in terms of the number of units and the height of the building. Please approve a building structure that is the same size as the existing structure in terms of footprint and number of residents

There is nothing walkable about this location. CRHC lands in Duggan provide employment, schools k-12, rec centers, shopping and LRT - Transit in easy walking distance. The Lendrum site will require car ownership for tenets access their needs. The Lendrum community league consultation was insulting put down of any objections to this project and they do not represent the views of any Lendrum residents I know.

I believe that the current RA7 zoning is suitable for the site and the community. I believe that "community consultation" facilitated by the developer is dysfunctional and, generally, the rezoning process is undemocratic, primarily serving the needs and interests of the developer. I believe that area development plans are a suitable approach to densification; point loading density on select sites is an improper approach to community planning (but then again, the City routinely disregards its own plans as was done with the recently approved development in Belgravia). I do not believe that certain developers, regardless of their mandates, should receive special privileges; Lendrum is not designated a TOD; why should parking for this project reflect TOD standards? I do not believe that a path through the development is sufficient in return for the community allowing a significant increase in density on the site. I believe that this rezoning application should not be approved by council (but I don't really think it matters anyway ...)

Not happy. There is a ready a traffic conjestion. With the parents driving the kids to and from the schools in this area
