A bad ideaa

There are plenty of brown fields sites that can and should be developed first before the developers exploit Leintwardine to the full benefit of their own profitability. There is a complete lack of substantive impact statements to support this development let alone correct consultations with Natural Britain / English Heritage about the detrimental impact on the sites of geological of interest. The Developers and The Herefordshire County Council have a duty of care to provide safe aces and use of the surrounding roads and quite clearly Rosemary Lane does not have the capacity to cope with the additional increase in number of cars and / pedestrians. The Developers are making no contribution to the overall infrastructure of Leintwardine which just not have the capacity to cope with more people. The schools and surgery are full and the availability of public transport to take people to work

I bought my cottage in this beautiful village nearly 2 years ago, anticipating the move to a rural idyll. Had I had known that a massive housing estate was to built behind my house, | would never have moved there. How is the viilage going to cope with the number of cars that this will introduce to the village, how is the school going to manage, the sewerage system. Where are these extra people going to find work? There is no employment in the area as it is!!!!

How on earth can a small village sustain such a large build? Wigmore School is already oversubscribed and cannot possibly accommodate higher numbers than we already have. Please leave us some of our beautiful countryside untouched.

This development is not sustainable. It is not to a scale that is manageable for the local infrastructure and safety of the inhabitants. It is not about anything other than making money at the expense of the heritage of Bravonium, an old Roman settlement that is protected and as a result is a wholly unsuitable proposal for Leintwardine to absorb. Mesage to the decision makers, throw this application out with a floursih and show that money cannot ride roughshod over the social fabric of a Herefordshire community.

Development in a small community needs to be an organic process which allows assimilation of new inhabitants a development of 57 houses represents a large % growth in house numbers in this village! address the scale of this development

Village infrastructure will be overwhelmed. Traffic issues, local amenties will not cope and in general the village wil caese to be what it is now and become a "small town".

This looks like a hasty and opportunistic development that has taken no consideration of the impact on the heritage and resources of the village. In terms of the traffic issues it raises, it is particularly ill-thought out and, frankly, cynical.

This is a real money grabbing venture and an unsustainable development to boot. What profits do the developers stand to make, £10 million maybe? And in the process they'll destroy important heritage that should be the benefit of us all. Who are LWD Developments LLP? Why aren't they being more transparent? Do they have something to hide?

57 more houses will swamp the village and distort the cohesive nature of Leintwardine; it could destroy the village as we know and love itt

they are not thinking straight...the roads wont take the traffic .sewage is not big enough .school is not big enough .its an invasion on the peoples privacy they are killing the wild birds off .nothing left for the bees which we need ..there is a shortage of water around here ,believe it or not ...they have no consideration for our english history or wildlife ..all they are after is making some quick money by building cheap houses so the city people can have a country home to relax in ...they are not bothered what we think ....DONT SPOIL THIS BEAUTIFUL VILLAGE
