How marijuana legalization effects everyone
The legalization ofcannabis could be beneficial in multiple ways.It infuriates me that children are not properly informed about Marijuana or what it's bonuses are. Marijuana benefits cancer patients that are currently receiving chemo-therapy. Not to mention how many times it has been proven to not be hurtful to brain cells or produce any physical or mental damage to the users. Not to mention how much money marijuana is draining tax payer's money. Dealers of Marijuana are formerly arrested, due to this it wastes police officer's time that could be focused on rapists, killers, and other illegal drugs.Serious drugs like methamphetamine and heroin ARE out there while time is being spent on harmless users of marijuana.
What we stand for
Our goal at Legalize Maryland is to have marijuana legalized for everyone. We believe marijuana is a harmless drug that if legalized for medicaluse and recreational use could benefit the community. We cannot do this alone we need petition signatures of dedicated people who feel strongly on the topic. We need people that are serious and dedicated to the legalization of marijuana to help us spread the word.

I was just staring at the screen and honestly it feels surreal to see so many people actually getting it because for a long time I thought I was shouting into a void about these outdated laws. It is wild how momentum builds when you stop trying to convince people who refuse to listen and start talking to the people who already know the truth about these stats.

This Miracle plant should have been legalized long ago. I really should never have been prohibited in the first place. I mean if a law is based on a lie is it really a good law? No!! It's not.
There will be more tax revenue, less petty crime and a healthy investment by local DC consumers. The jobs market would soar and our economy would thrive.
Cannabis should be legalized and I should be able to purchase my medicine legally for my Raynaud's phenomenon , anxiety, and ADD
I'm in for legalization of marijuana for medical usage not only for physical problems but also psychological problems too. It would be a great help not only to take away true physical pain but psychological pain as well because most times psychological pain hurts just as much as if it was physical except in a different way with a different meaning. It would also help a lot of psych patients as well to help them calm down, also patients suffering insomnia, depression, eating disorder, and others as well.
I am disabled and have severe, constant pain everyday and all hours of the day. My lower back pain interrupts from me getting decent sleep. I wish that Maryland government would reveal their plan on the dispensaries. We've been waiting TOO LONG now.
Tell the MAN that marijuana is not a danger. IF booze is legal than marijuana should be as well. So many people think it's not a problem and most folks who do heroin and cocaine etc, started out using booze, cigarettes and other substances, some of us only smoke pot but get real. HOW many deaths each night from drunk driving???or high on other drugs. Take marijuana away from drug Lords and cartels. THE government can tax it and make it cheaper and all the money can go to education of drugs and to help the national deficient or so many things we need in America. Let us grow it ourselves and or go to a Marijuana store etc... WHY do they (the blue meanies) hate it so much? It helps me, I clean and do things MORE when I smoke it. I don't get lazy on it, and my friends are the same, no laziness etc. PLEASE legalize marijuana. And let the price go down, a quarter oz. should be no more than 20 dollars etc. PEACE and LOVE to you and yours....LEGALIZE for freedom of big brother telling us NO. I say get rid of booze then

My name is Jeffrey. And I am at Randall Pillions computer to add my signature. I say legalize pot I have HIV and have had it since 1986! It helps me in so so many ways. I agree with Randall and the rest of you, tell everyone we need to demonstrate we need our voices heard.
