Cannabis use while driving is also not permitted nor will driving under the influence of cannabis be tolerated. Any Person selling, distributing, or giving cannabis to anyone between ages 13 and 17 shall be imprisoned for up to 30 days. Any Person selling, distributing, or giving cannabis to anyone between ages 12 and under shall be imprisoned for 30 to 90 days. The State can regulate sales and tax commercial cannabis sales. Only on licensed property will the commercial sale and growth of cannabis be permitted. Commercial cannabis growing can use up to 50 acres of growing space. The transportation of large amounts of Cannabis will be permitted for commercial purposes provided they are licensed to move cannabis.
