New Jersey has been trying to close off roading trails years now. Whether it's an ATV or Lifted Vehicle, State officials have no reason to ban Four Wheeling. It does no harm at all. With the heroin epidemic and drug epidemic out break going on within the state, instead of trying to ban the harmful highs, police and state officials are paying more attention to four wheeling, taking away one of the few natural highs people have left. Would the state rather four wheelers buy pounds of drugs or a lift kit or a set of tires. People use off roading as a way to relive stress and get an adrenaline rush. There's no reason to ban Off roading, there's no harm in it, and it doesn't affect nature anymore than what people do to nature. Let's stand together and legalize Four Wheeling
