I suffer from several mental problems and painful physical problems marijuana helps these I prefer marijuana over prescription drugs

I am here to support the legalization of marijuana in Illinois because people should be able to make their own choices and if marijuana is legalized it will reduce a lot of the violent crimes like murder and it will make society safer. Also the state can make a revenue and they can regulate it. It will also create a lot of jobs.

Marijuana helps people in so many ways..even tho you cant smoke hemp, hemp if legalized to grow throughout the states can completely change the process of making clothes,gas,oils,paper, etc..Plus, speaking for myself, it helps me sleep because i have bad anxiety and cant sleep until 3-4 a.m. if i dont smoke. People are allowed to go into work/drive while on multiple painkillers because tey are prescribed them, yet marijuana is illegal even tho painkillers have more of a "high" effect on you. its bullshit & illinois needs to legalize. One of the top stated in debt & the marijuana business is literally a never ending money maker....why dont people see this!!!
