They need to do this there a lot drivers that don’t pay attention to the road and more on their phones .

Every red light feels nerve-wracking, with the constant worry that a vehicle might slamming into me because they did not see the red light.

With the hot temperatures that we experience across the state, it is asinine to not allow “traffic filtering”. Motorcycles run much hotter than cars and sitting in traffic or at a long light is not only miserable, but damaging to riders and machines. Thank you.

Legally splitting lanes has saved my life in California. It's better for riders, aircooled motorcycles, and cars as traffic slow downs clear faster when vehicles that can move safely do.

Lane splitting is not as dangerous as every day drivers belive it to be. It also allows riders to keep thier motorcycles at lower heat preventing overheating and damage to the machine. As well as lane filtering allows riders to position themselves in front of other cars at long lights putting them in a more safe position frome a vehicle approaching frome behind.

It is ridiculous that I have to sit in stopped traffic at red lights getting cooked by the sun in 100 degree plus weather when I have a vehicle that can easily fit between cars. Traffic in Northern Nevada is getting so bad that it often takes me between 45 minutes to an hour to commute the 13 miles between my office in Sparks and my residence in North Valleys. I often feel like I'm on the verge of passing out on my motorcycle while getting baked in the summer heat but I don't want to break the law.

Nevada has become overcrowded for its infrastructure and thats making it unsafe to be a motorcycle rider. Lane filter will help ease that danger.

This needs to be legal to help keep motorcyclists safe in traffic.

As a new rider I feel this will make it more safe out there for us as we will be able to move away from hazards faster and continue to stay moving and not be at a dead stop in traffic.
