Would like to see Nevada with lane filtering and lane splitting with reasonable requirements similar to what California has

As a naturalized citizen from the UK I grew up with lane filtering and splitting. In Europe we are generally more safety oriented but filtering is not only a way of life - it is the reason a lot of people have a bike at all - to get through traffic and it’s perfectly harmless.

This would keep riders much safe at stop lights and in heavy traffic

LEGALIZE IT. LANE FILTERING IS DIFFERENT THAN LANE SPLITTING. DO ONE AT LEAST

I will sign the petition. That said I will never do it. I ride my ride and not worth the risk or the few seconds it may save. I have come across way too many smashed and broken bikes and riders by lane filtering/splitting.

I have been riding for 10 years and put anywhere from 5-15k miles a year on my motorcycle. It is safe to filter and should be permitted state wide. I support this. I believe most riders with adequate experience are capable of doing this safely. We can’t protect those that chose to be irresponsible. Thank you

Please legalize filtering! I have nearly been taken out too many times while sitting in traffic.

Sensibly when traffic is standstill only. Once in motion must select and merge into a lane

Only for extremely slow speeds and at stop lights. Not on the roads at 45 mph or higher.
