This is a proposal to make golf carts street legal in Oswego with certain limitations.  The driver must have a valid drivers license; the cart cannot be driven on any road with a speed limit above 25 mph; the cart can only be driven in a subdivision that is actively ruled by an HOA; the cart can only be programmed to drive a max of 15 mph; there must be reflectors attached to the front and back of the non highway vehicle.

yes please! my kids would love this for getting to swim practice and it keeps traffic down on our street.

Finally. Its a small town and it makes way more sense to zip around the neighborhood in a cart than firing up the truck for a 2 minute trip.
