Look at Colorado! Their crime rate is at an all time low! Come on Florida!

There is no valid reason that cannabis should be banned. Let the people use it. Let the state benefit from it. Stop jailing people.

Recreational is a must in Florida. We waste too many tax dollars trying to demonize and imprison people over. Alchohol kills thousands every year. Marijuana is harmless. Goodluck!

It's past time...

It is way past time to legalize marijuana for all citizens nationwide. The benefits for everyone will multiply exponentially once everyone finally sees the light and moves beyond their ignorance and approves this remarkable, natural plant based herb for general population use by everyone. I for one can finally go off all my pain medications, all my nerve agents for my neuritis/neuralgia and more than likely the stomach, headache and blood pressure medications as well! That is the main reason the big wigs in government are against legalization - big pharma will lose millions of dollars once everyone switches to a little bit of weed instead of a handful of pills two and three times each day!

Legalize recreational use

I currently am suffering from chronic pain and I feel that we need this petition in Florida

It needs to be legalized

I believe that if Florida passes this law to legalize marijuana it may decrease the numbers of people being incarcerated for this harmeless plant that has been helping people for thousands of years.

For recreational marijuana

Up until a year ago, I lived in Washington state, so I was there when people they passed their initiative. The benefits to the state's economy has been well documented.
