This should have happen along time ago...I never heard of someone having to rob a bank ect. to buy their marijuana...God made marijuana Man made drugs and booze... "Who can you trust...

It should be legalized nationwide. I think we should have a peaceful protest nationwide. As for florida everyone spread the word for this petition there was someone that is planning on presenting the petition after 7000 signatures. Post on facebook twitter pintest and craigslist in every city in florida with a link to this page. Spread the word every possible way you can most ppl are not even aware this petition is going on. Spread the word and dont forget to register to vote in november for medical...its a start at least!!!!

I suffer from extreme back pain I would love to smoke marijuana to be able to ease the pain

I have been in pain for over 35 years. I would love to be able to use medical marijuana to help cope with this pain.
Ironically, I am drug tested regularly in order to receive a small amount of opiate pain relievers. A positive test for marijuana would result in denial of care (no more medicine). I think edible marijuana products could make the quality of my life much better.

Yes...I think this would curb Florida's #1 problem with prescription drug abuse and the wretched synthetic cannabinoids. I have seen these bad things with a close family member and think recreational and medical use would be the healthiest and wisest choice. PLUS tourism would not be central to the Florida economy as it is now. We need other revenues and less dangerous drugs floating around!
It's simply healing.
