This has got to be the most inane law still on the books today. I would like to know why alcohol is ok, but not marijuana. I personally choose not to drink, but I'd be willing to bet that all those celebrating the loss of Amendment No.2 in November had cocktails at their party. And how many do you think drove themselves home? Hypocrites, all of them.

I am not a user either. Drunk drivers are a larger problem and our officers are too busy wasting time busting people with a pinch of weed instead of all the other issues going on. We all know the world would be better with no weed, no alcohol, no drugs and no guns but that's not realistic. I despise smoking of any kind but I have to say that I have never seen a person who smokes pot be angry.

If the vote was for total legalize completely for medical and recreational use we would have seen more that 57% vote yes in Florida!! Many felt that medical alone did not go far enough and so they did not vote for it or even show up to vote. Even with that 57% is a strong statement of support! I think we need our elected to legalize completely now. There is no need to wait until the next election!! Do it now.

I am not a user but how many people have reportedly died due to the use of marijuana? Driven and killed someone? How many reports of someone killing another due to a marijuana addiction? Marijuana can help boost the economy and lower crime rates. Just check out the reports where it is legal.
