like people dogs are taught aggressive behaviors there not born like that. And any breed of dogs could be aggressive if taught to be so. It the owner not the breed. Pit bulls are precious loyal dogs.

"dogs are a product of their environment" don't ban a breed of dog, punish those who improperly raise and handle the animals. all dogs are full of love, don't write off the breed just because people who were not responsible enough to be proper owners of pit bulls took advantage of the breed's love of pleasing their owners.

I have two and they are lap dogs. It is only how they are raised. Look at humans... If we are treated bad we are grouchy too.. Humans kill and molest and lie and cheat... We should be banned!!!! Atleast if a pit is vicious it lets u know they do not pretend to be anything but what their owners have taught them to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pit bulls are very good dogs. The video explained how most of all of the pit bulls are like. Our dog is like the dogs in the video. Really good dogs. No reason for them to be labeled as harmful or fierce.

This is morally and ethically wrong. To marginalize a specific breed of dog because owners won't take the time to train them properly is like segregating a specific human race for having bad parents. Pit Bulls are no more dangerous than any other breed of dog. Appalling!!!!

I think personally that animals shouldn't be banned because of a bad name they only have this bad name because of bad owners and if these animals were treated right they would of been kind and gentle animals and they wouldn't do no harm to the country

What separates the Pitt bull from any other breed ? You can't label a whole breed through one dogs mistake , everyone says this because it's true "it's not the dogs fault it's the owners for not training there dog correctly" and that's exactly the case here ..

Pittbulls are man created. They were actually the first dog nanny. Anyone ever watch The Little Rascals from the sixties ,well they had Petie,Petie was a pitbull.Its the human idiots fault,, they decided to train them to fight .The animal here is the victim. Someone should try to put into law that they have to check your background, when you adopt or buy a pitbull what your intentions are..Also do a background check on them....But I feel they should do that with every person that buts or adopts a pet.For Gods sake,its the same thing as if you adopt a child.Someone has to do something. .M.Burmann.
