It absoutly should be that legal kids have the same rights as illegal. Otherwise it make no sense at all and is an absolute mockery.

Changing the law for E2 children and allowing them to have green cards will benefit the USA. These children have been educated in the USA, some to a very high standard . Their parents brought huge investment to the U.S., employ US Citizens, pay taxes, continue to grow their businesses and contribute to their communities. Their children are then forced to leave a country they have grown to love. Many of these children have received huge accolades from their colleges and high schools for academic and athletic achievement. Making these kids leave is often devastating for them and their parents, resulting in the parents leaving too and the U.S. not only losing talented kids but entrepreneurs.

This is rediculous. People who came here illegally get to stay but people who came here legally have to go?

It's unfair that our system is set up to give an advantage to people who are illegally living in this country, and those who have lived here for their entire lives doing everything by the book are at risk of deportation losing everything they have worked very hard for. This is their home!

This is a law that definately needs to be changed as its not emotionally right to split up a family due to the child's age !!

My son has to leave Novemebr this yr, he has lived here in the USA for almost 13 yrs he was 8 when we moved here. He has only ever been back to UK for vacations. Why does the E2 legal visa not not compare to the same visa USa to Uk we just want it to be fair, pro rata. #cantDREAM

It just not right to remove these kids from their families and homes. Many of them have lived in the USA for more years than they have lived in their birth countries.
To.send them back to a place they no longer see.as home is just wrong on so many levels.

My niece and nephew deserve a green card. If the kids have to leave,then the parents will go. How does that help anyone??
The US then loses a business and jobs and people who are of benefit to the economy!!
