How Is it that Children Legally in USA are Often Forced to Leave & Denied Opportunities?

For my grandson

So unfair. These families have invested their money, paid their taxes and then have to break up their families when their children grow up, children who in some cases have never lived anywhere else. This is cruel and against their human rights,

No child should HAVE to leave their parents,friends and country they only know as their own due to this stupid law.... They have contributed to the US for most of their 21 years, let them show the US what they have learnt.

This is absolute disgrace that chn who have lived here with their family have to be split up like this.

My story

I'm a US citizen have just returned from UK sponsored my mum husband and four children by 2 under 18 gained US citizenship but the 19 and 20 year old have to come in on a green card this is unfair as they are unable to get any help for education and I'm American.

Grown children who have parents here on a visa should not be forced to be separated

All families and children must have the right to have the American Dream. USA has becomed one of the most important first world countries due to the melting pot of cultures. America is great because of the wide and different type of people that live in it and make it that way. American, or international, every student should be allowed to fuffil their dreams and aspirations in the US.

I'm not personally affected by this idiotic rule on the visas. When children here under their parents visa turn 21 they have no option other than leave the states or get married.... this needs to be fixed. We have college graduates who are working under the table because of this law... change it. So many of our bright students are not legally aloud to work.

People who come here legally through the E2 Visa program definitely deserve our concern. Let's close our borders to illegals pouring over our border and have the illegals come here legally without amnesty. As an American who loves my country I would like for all immigrants who come here to understand how this country came to be and what it cost our founding fathers and early patriots. I want people to come here who want to assimilate into our American culture rather than try and change it.

This is important to change.

I am one of these kids as well. I had to switch visa as I otherwise would not be able to finish my University career without getting kicked out part ways through. I could not work, still cannot, meaning all my education comes from private scholarships or my parents. I cannot work as I cannot get a SS#, I cannot even return home to visit my grandparents as my visa status changed in the United States, my grandmother is 86 and I have not seen her in 10 years. HOW IS THIS FAIR!?
