How Is it that Children Legally in USA are Often Forced to Leave & Denied Opportunities?

We're in this very same situation. Our kids were 3 & 7 when we moved 'legally' to the US on an E2 visa. My kids are now 15 & 19, they have both been 'A' students throughout school . Our eldest daughter has started University and is on the pre-med track but will be unable to complete her studies in the US as she does not hold Green Card/DACA/DREAM or is a US Citizen. She will have to go to outside the US to complete her studies. I don't understand why the US government would turn talented & gifted students away at age 21 who they have educated through, Elementary, Middle, High & College! Please sign and help make a difference.

My son and family are also on an E2 visas with a very successful business but his son, who is 20 years old has had to return to the UK, where he has no family, as he cannot stay in the US. Most unfair. Also under the E2 regulations the children of E2 visa holders under 21 cannot work or have a part time job which is all part of educating young people for adult life and responsibilities. We are E2-visa holder and are here legaly. We have 3 children (13, 15, 16). They want to be treated fairly and they want to be allowed to get a working permition.

There is no logical reason to force the children of E-2 Treaty Investors to leave the USA when they really have the age of 21. These young adults are not a burden on the state nor will they ever be.

I am on a E2 visa and have kids that are legal immigrants but have no social security # no path to work or stay in the USA once they reach 21 so please sign and help us help our kids

We've been here on an E2 VISA for over 16 years now, We employ over 60 staff, and pay our personal and business taxxes toward the US Economy - but we still had to send our son back to the UK when he reached 21.

People who are legally should have the same rights for their children as people who are here illegally.

we pay taxes, we provide employment, we don't use well fair, our children deserve to be treated fairly in US to be given permanent resident right.

I am an E2 Treaty Investor Visa holder, who came to the US with kids of 12 and 10. We have gone through numerous issues, so would love to bring this to the attention of the people who can help
