I had one child who has had to return to the UK as he aged out at 21, he had been here 10 years. We employ American people, pay taxes and have done everything asked of our E2 visa.

So ridiculous, my nephew is in this position and will have to leave in a few years if something doesn't change.

Why should children have to leave when their parents have paid their taxes and university fees, never caused any trouble, only worked hard to get where they are today, then told they have to move on. Unbelievable system !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My kids work hard to gain the credits they need to apply for the best visa possible to help them stay after college, but this still does not give any guarantee of success

There is too much focus on not tearing families apart when they're here illegally, and yet no one seems to care about LEGAL immigrants who pay their way and follow the proper channels.
