This is a Petition to be presented to the Government. We work for a charity that offers legal help and support to people of limited means. We are feeling the effects of Government cuts and are asking the Government why, as they have made a u-turn and will now be funding schemes such as the Capitalise Scheme, they have not implemented the funding, causing organisations such as ourselves much difficulty and causing unemployment at a time when the Government are urging people back to work. Because of the Government's delay in decision making they will be causing more unemployment in this country. We ask the Government to think again and put this matter forward for approval as a matter of urgency.
