Whereas no legal English-language Sailor Moon DVDs have been made in years, and Whereas most Sailor Moon fans have had to resort to illegal and/or bootleg copies to watch this great anime series, and Whereas there are a lot of English-language Sailor Moon fans who would like to purchase legal English-language DVDs of this series, and Whereas the Japanese company with the rights to Sailor Moon has now started allowing international licenses for Sailor Moon products again Therefore, we petition the companies that make legal English-language anime DVDs to try to negotiate a license to make legal English-language Sailor Moon DVDs again, and for one of these companies to successfully negotiate such a license and then start making such DVDs again. Ideally, these DVDs would have both sub and dub options available, to satisfy both types of fans.
