Having Legal Rights under the Constution does not depend on Financial status. But how do you access these rights without Finance?.. have you ever tried to get a Lawyer without any funds available to exercise your right?!

SO do we have a RIGHT to LEGAL representation when detained, or to enable us to get a Fair hearing or when we need impartial LEGAL advice or not?
