Children have no legal rights in a court of law, family or otherwise. They do not get to say, "I will not go with (add a name) to visit him/her." They usually do not even get to be heard by a judge to make their feelings known. They, in my experience, are dragged away screaming, crying, vomitting and begging for help while officers look on. Then, they can be "legally" kidnapped by a hateful person with the money to hire a dirty lawyer who only wants to get even because someone escaped their abuse. That's one example. Children are manipulated, ignored, judicially raped, deemed unimportamt, broken, and crushed under the weight of our legal system, but they are not given choices or voices. Let us change that. Our laws don't protect our children, they destroy them. That has to be changed. It must be changed. I need your support.
