Wir fordern das Schweizerische Parlament auf, dass Steuerungsentscheide zum Angebot medizinischer Leistungen in der obligatorischen Krankenpflegeversicherung, welche auf QALY (quality adjusted life years) Berechnungen basieren, insbesondere CER (comparative effectiveness research) und ICER (incremental comparative effectiveness research), auf gesetzgeberischem Wege zu verbieten. Werden QALY trotzdem verwendet, sind strafrechtliche Konsequenzen im Gesetz festzuschreiben. Sinngemäss gilt das Verbot auch für DALY (disability adjusted life years).
We request the Swiss Parliament to create a legal ban on QALY, if they are used to guide the supply of medical services in the mandatory health insurance, especially with respect to QALY (quality adjusted life years) based calculations using CER (comparative effectiveness research) und ICER (incremental comparative effectiveness research). Offences of this law should be pursued by a criminal law act.Analogously, this legal ban should operate also against DALY (disability adjusted life years),
