I am a relatively small Shareholder of XEL Shares, 18,000, But I know that We are being cheated.
XEL & Bentley passed All Tests with Flying Colours, and it will be Wrong to hear in the next year or two that Production has started in this Very Valuable Oil Field

I support the fund and looking into the possibility of legal action would justify every penny spent. Even though it may be difficult to prove there are grounds to argue a case against directors for gross negligence in carrying out their duties. For instance, if they considered insolvency as a possibility in 2015 why did they not pursue the avenue of an unenforced sale as a safety net?
