Dr. Kumar Vishwas has insulted and made fun of Religious practice of Shia Muslims, and has hurt the religious sentiments of the communities who mourn the sacrifice of Imam Husain at Karbala, he has made fun of a 1400 years old religious practice, to worsen the injuries caused by his acts he has also published the video of the same on social networking sites and the same is in circulation worldwide, Dr Kumar Vishwas is liable to be prosecuted under the relevant sections of the I.P.C , the Information and Technology Act, thus we the signatories demand for action against him as provided under the Law.
