Connaught Partnerships are being liquidated by company KPMG whist they owe millions to employees, sub contractors and supplier, they directors that failed the company through dis-honest accounting have been allowed to keep their fortunes.

As well as this arms of the company are still running, the effect of Connaught’s administration and the way in which it has been dealt with allowing administrators to take excessive  amounts from the liquidation has meant that realistically thousands of businesses and people will loose the business home and more.

This is not on, this petition is to call for the whole process to be reviewed and ensure that the employees, sub-contractors and suppliers receive what they are owed. Even if this is by taking the directors goods and liquidising as criminal compensation, and draining the profits from the other arms of Connaught.
