We, the undersigned, wish to convey to the County Executive, members of the County Council, MCDOT Director Roshdieh, and the MTA our strongly held conviction that the modifications to the Wayne Avenue corridor as part of the implementation of the Purple Line should include dedicated left turn lanes at Dale Drive. We believe that eliminating all left turns at Dale Drive will only serve to “move the problem down the road” to Mansfield Road or “move the problem up the road” to Dartmouth Avenue.
