This is rediculous. Leeds Met is supposed to be a university not a business that just cuts everything that doesnt make a quick buck.
So sad to hear this. Those lecturers are amazing and deserve better than this.
University management have no idea what they are doing. Cutting these courses is short sighted and hurts the local community.
Keep them open. We need these skills for trade and business in the future.
My daughter takes classes here and loves it. Why get rid of language programs that actually make the uni stand out from the rest?

Learning a less common language is what makes leeds met special. DONT CUT THESE PROGRAMS.
