Final supporters
As a university that has thousands of Muslim students, Leeds Met are struggling to cater for our needs. A large room or building to accommodate at least a couple hundred people at any given time would be ideal. Friday prayers for the Muslim student community attracts around two hundred people alone and praying at Leeds University's Prayer room complicates things as there isn't enough space for both Leeds University's AND Leeds Met's students.
We need this facility ASAP, not having it disrupts our studies so there is a possibility that the circumstances can ultimately effect our degrees. We need a room as close as possible to our lectures and seminars for quick access.

So many of us are missing parts of lectures because of the travel time. We really need this sorted asap.
About time. Trying to fit everyone in that tiny space is just not working.
Just give them the room. Doesnt cost the uni much and it makes such a huge difference for students.
Its ridiculous that we have to run across town to find space. This is a university, we should be able to pray on campus.
Fair is fair. If the uni wants us to succeed they should at least give us a place to pray.
