Don’t fix what isn’t broken. If you change it, you lose the whole reason the Tiv is a successful bar.

Leave one of the best pubs alone it's one of the only traditional pubs left it's friendly , and one of the only pubs I feel safe to go in on my own LEAVE IT AS IT IS !!!!!!
