If the dog has never done harm to a human (which it hasn't) then leave the family and dog in peace to live out what is left of a 11 yr old dog's life. Go after the real perpetrators!

Simply put, this is outrageous. If there was an incident, different story but there wasn't. Good waste of your town's tax dollars on a dog that was raised the right way!

I have personally met Tasha and she is a phenomal dog. She's not aggressive whatsoever and an absolute blessing. Not fair at all!!!!

This BS law needs to be repealed. It was a stupid law when it was created and a stupid law still. This woman's dog is eleven. Seriously, it's a senior dog, who doesn't have much time left with her family. Leave this dog alone. And let it spend it's days with its owner.

If she was allowed to before the band then she should still be allowed to keep her. Understandable that she can't have another but this one, let her live out the rest of her life with her family!!!! The ban on a breed is ridiculous.

Shes a. Grandfathered dog of 11 yrs old... you have no jurisdiction over her ... bugger off OSPCA. . maybe another law suit is in order?
