Punish bad dog owners and leave the breeds alone. A dog this old should be grandfathered regardlessif .

There is no reason to remove this dog from the family he has known for 11 of his 12 years. Breed specific laws are not working.

Regulations against one breed of dog without cause is preposterous. This dog needs to stay with its family...PERIOD!
Stop the laws against pets, that infringe on property and civil rights of the owners. Stop the micromanagement!!

The breed of any dog should be banished, dogs are kind and great souls of this planet.
I own two pitbulls, age 14 and 11, and I will hate and suffer to pass through this situation.
Its is unfair and hateful to punishing a breed, it s basically like been racist.

There is a girl in town I personally know who's pitbull mix bit someone going through her yard and she is still able to keep her dog. Why the hell would they take a dog away from a family, especially one who has never hurt anyone :( so sad! Hope she is able to stay in her home for the few years she has left.

This is so sad, why can't they leave people alone, obviously the dog is a pet. It is only because they have the power, another case of to much power and no brains. I really hope you get to keep your baby. I hope this helps

This family pet has never caused any problems to anyone. Just leave the family together until it is her time to go to the rainbow bridge. She is family not just a dog.

There should be a grandfather clause stating if you have had said breed before bylaw was made and there has been no issues then said breed should be left out of the equation. End of!!
