This is beginning to really bother me. This dictatorship style of government is why our family are beginning to look for a new country in the near future. This dogs age puts her right around the grandfather clause and deserves to be left alone. My only hope is Canadians decide to put their foot down and begin to over throw the disgusting human beings bringing in and keeping such laws even when they are shown to be ineffective.

Banning an animal because of its breed is ludicrous. There are thousands upon thousands of wonderful pit bulls that make great family pets and have never harmed anyone. This poor dog has every right and deserves to remain with the family.

This is rediculous. . Such a lovely animal to be taken away from her human family for what? Cause she was born a pit bull.

BSL was instituted on March 9 2005 from what I can tell, she may be old enough to be grandfathered in. Regardless bylaw should have better things to do than threaten a family with removal of their elderly dog who has done no wrong. Surely there is a reasonable way to resolve this. This is the reason why people need to fight to have BSL revoked in Ontario.

bylaw must reconsider...there is no evidence to support this dog is vicious, this is merely being done because of it's breed...stupid law...base dogs...no matter what the breed is...on temperament

This dog deserves to remain with its family. If the dog has been in Arnprior for 8 years with no problems or issues raised. It is a safe dog.

BSL is wrong . Ignorance in this province and the province of Quebec is disgusting. When will the politicians educate themselves on this ridiculous law and change it.
