Its obvious that 7v7 is much better in building teams, please let clubs decide what is best, and not dictate to them what you believe based on some study! if u use 4v4 i think u will lose kids, rather than encourage more to play.

To change to tag rugby with these kids will hold back their skills and enthusiasm for something they absolutely love. Changing to tag rugby will kill the junior game off in this country rather than develop it. I know that my son has already said that he wouldn't want to play anymore if the format was to change, let the kids enjoy what they love!

The kids all love tha game as it is, in fact the game is attracting players from the other code because we play contact from an earlier age. Take away what kids like about our sport and we will start to lose players hand over fist.

Please leave the format the way it is. The kids really enjoy it. The rfl should go to games over a number of weeks. They would see how much enjoyment the kids get out of it.

4 a side would ruin the experience the children get of working together and building frendships in a spirt tgey love. it would distance tge youth game from genuine rugby league and discourage new players

putting it non contact is rediculous, how many kids would be put off by contact rugby when they reached the age for it. my kids, both in under 7s(son & daughter) would be put off playing if it became non contact, leave well alone!

Please leave the alone and allow the children to play the game they love so much. Reducing numbers will only drive people away from league and in a new era for rugby league that's the last thing we want surely?

leave the 7 on 7 format alone. There's nothing wrong with it, the kids are enjoying it so why change it?

The revised 7v7 format is a great compromise which has been reached by the NWC, We played the new 7v7 last week and all of the kids loved the extra space on the pitch to run in to, plus 7v7 suits the 6 tackle rule much better, everybody has an involvement in some aspect in every set of six, going to 4v4 would be unworkable with larger squads as we have 30+ players.

12 months ago my 7 year old son was a painfully shy child. This affected him at school and at home and out and about. Now he is outgoing, confident and excelling at school. All because of junior rugby league in its current format.
