i coach at under 7s currently and we have 30 kids training with 2 teams registered and playing weekly with more coming through the ranks. The kids enjoy the format we have been coaching and changing that would ultimately lead to less kids never mind the extra pressure on coaches who volunteer their time for free. Please don't mess with the format

leave the format as it currentl is. The kids enjoy it and are better prepared for the older age group games.

Please leave the seven a side matches as they are, to reduce numbers would impede on the younger players understanding of a rugby match! Seven a side enables the players to grasp the dynamics at such an early age, lesser numbers would be detrimental to the players and the game in general. Coaches at our club are all volunteers and the am
