New to the sport but my son loves rugby as a team sport. The move to 4v4 would spoil it for all concerned, sense of team would be diminished and kids would easily walk into other sports.

This is were our future international team starts, tamper with it at this level and it affects all the way to the top. Lets keep the format and develop our youth instead of hamppering and restricting them.

i belive there is no benefit from 4 v 4. done right the with the correct attitude by all teams coaching stall 7 aside is fine.
