I've lived in Belton my whole life and its never been a problem. I really don't like when people move here from out of town or much worse out of state and want to change how things have been for years. Leave this small town alone.

There is no change in the removal of statues. Those men fought and died for this state and to dishonor them by moving or removing the statues changes nothing and only pacifies the few who do not know the history behind them.

I don’t have to like or dislike something if it’s part of history that’s just what it is. Tearing down a statue or trying to erase history is stupid. It doesn’t actually change anything. I don’t like the time we are living in. No common sense - Just anything to cause more division.
