Just as we should respect and allow others to honor their heritage so should we be allowed to honor ours. We should be able to teach and instruct the full and complete history of the War of Northern Agression to those who are willing to listen. My heritage is full of men who served the Confederacy to protect home and family. None owned or believed in slavery.
