I completely agreee with itt.....it becomes hard for us to ride even by following the rules police catches at random n due to this 50cc liesence we need to pay fine..it isnt fair right....

i agree... i have to go for coaching daily and i can't actually afford to pay fine everyday.... it need to removed asap! it has already caused a lot of problems for me and everyone under 16-18 age group

It has now become a necessity as some students have working parents and it is not possible for them to drop their kids. More distance is to be travelled and even public transports are not possible as timing differs as per student's convenience.

I completely agree with the petition.. This was totally needed for more students like me.. It is not possible to ride your vehicle with an expired learning license.. You cannot always afford to be caught by a policeman and give them the money as per laws and get a challan(Marathi madhe: pavti phadna) nor giving bribe because it is against my ethics.. Some teenagers who are smaller than me by some months have got their permanent license as the law was not applicable at that time.. This license issue is an undue advantage for the traffic police to take bribe and earn money by wrong means.. I appeal that this law should be changed so that no-one ride without a license and also it is a matter of convenience for the parents too.
