Don't be rediculous ! Youth of age 16 can drive very well and on the on driving test issue the law says the 16 year olds are allowed a license of driving a vehical of 50CC ! Tell me idiots is there any good 50CC vehicals left in the market ! And if u don't knw this hats of to indian government
