As someone that suffers with constant pain and tiredness from Fibromyalgia, Trigeminal Neuralgia and Osteoarthritis, I would welcome any drug that gives any amount of relief.

There is currently no effective treatment for Fibromyalgia available on prescription. LDN consistently tops patient surveys and is cheap, but only obtainable privately. Something is very wrong here.

If LDN is safe at much higher dosages it negates the argument for not licensing it. I have the right to choose the best treatment for my condition. We are actively encouraged to take ownership of our health only to be blocked by the same authorities. LDN is proven to be safe, much safer than many of the medications currently licensed for use.
