LDN has given me back my life, after 15 years of the pain, cognitive difficulties and the exhaustion of a chronic, invisible illness, I can function.
Sick people cost money, we can't work and the pharmaceutical industry designs drugs that are both expensive and designed to keep us going, never to cure.
It's a crime to deny people the access to LDN, just because it is not approved for the 190 diseases it's helpful, is no excuse.
It does no harm, isn't that the Hippocratic Oath?
Our governments cannot afford to ignore the health, financial and economic benefits if LDN.

Why would I want to use sticking plaster medications that don't address my health problem but would make my body weaker and vulnerable? When there is the option of using LDN that will work with my body and boost my health!
Tough question/tough choice - ha!
Excuse me for being cynical but could this be about big pharmaceutical companies not being able to exhort billions from the tax payers?
LDN has been used for different health issues, has the backing of doctor's who see the misery that autoimmune disease can cause.
LDN is also cheap, lives would be saved because sufferers could become functional. And if it boils done to cost effectiveness, heaven forbid, governments would save millions of tax payers money!
Patients and their families should have the right to be informed and make choices.

I was diagnosed with MS 16 years ago and have not so far been confident, due to the many side effects and limited effectiveness, to take any disease modifying drug licensed for MS. From information gained about the potential benefits of LDN for MS and with its few side effects, I am keen to try it preferably under proper medical guidance.

I've been taking Low-Dose Naltrexone for nearly 10 years and have suffered no ill effects from it and haven't seen a doctor for any other illness since taking it. My step-father was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma 2 years ago...he is taking LDN and has been getting better results on his blood count tests ever since so the LDN is controlling the disease.
When will Governments wake up to this?!

I have been on this drug for nearly 10 years.
Have suffered no side effects, and have derived great benefit, both personally and from friends and family,
who have seen fantastic results in cancer treatments.
This drug costs a fraction of the price of other treatments and IMHO has much better results.
Immunotherapy is potentially the way forward for the treatment of many different diseases and LDN is right at the vanguard of many new exciting discoveries.

LDN has helped me a lot with my fibromyalgia, and i hope that more people can get help through research and awareness.

Without exaggeration, this drug saved my life. I was able to come off of many other more expensive Rx medications that had side effects. This is well tolerated and affordable. It has the potential to bring thousands of people back to the workforce, off of social services, and recontributing to your govt. coffers.

Such an important drug should be researched for its positive benefits. It would save the NHS a lot of money as opposed to all the expensive cancer treatments if it is proved to be extremely beneficial.

Have a feeling that the power of Big Pharma and its known payments to people of influence - may well block this initiative.... We know how they influence governments. Knowing that vitamins and supplements are being restricted more and more should indicate the problem - BIG Pharma.... they like us to remain sick and not find cures so they can peddle even more of their wares.......

I have been denied this treatment for my autoimmune thyroid disease on the NHS and yet I have been taking this medicine for 2 years privately and have noticed a difference in my health, so this issue needs to be addressed urgently.

I have fibromyalgia and LDN has given me back my life in the 18 months I've been taking it. shocking that NHS won't fund a drug that costs less than £20 a month, yet it's happy to prescribe medications costing far more that don't even help.
This should be available
