I bought into Life Clips in 2016 when they were claiming wireless action cameras and an HP partnership. We were lied to.
I lost over $60K on this POS. It was always a scam promoted as a solid deal. Now the CEO is AWOL.
Lclp team deliberately defrauded investors and going after these criminals will send a message to the entire market
I was a long time proponent of this company due to statements online and information presented on their websites. I have lost 10s of thousands of dollars due to the fraud perpetrated. Regulations and enforcement needs to change. Currently holding near 5 million worthless shares.
Would be cool for something to be done about the $10,000 these criminals stole from me and hundreds of others
I agree 100% with this! They were very fraudulent!
The criminal group is continuing with same attorney and same scams on other tickers, they laugh at the SEC. What a joke, how the SEC sends automated letters to these people that are just ignored. The plan was to be delisted, that is part of the cleanup. Scumbags, corrupt system, nothing will happen to these people. The SEC is a complete failure.

I also invested about $9,000 and just like all other investors, I came to invest for Belfrics. LCLP lied to us and wrote that leaving Belfrics behind was to benefit investors, then they just vanished without any other updates.
