Used to eat here all the time but seeing how they treat the staff makes me lose my appetite. DO BETTER.

The fact that we are not on a need to know basis and that the confirmed case from UCF was not even mentioned in the most recent action item is almost criminal. To tell employees to quit if they don’t want to come into shifts at a store that’s already been compromised is inexcusable. Employees have been asking for a meeting for over a year and it’s gotten to the point that people have quit and/or no longer put forth effort because they know the amount of effort they put into making this company successful will never be put back into them. A full employee meeting can be a good start. Probably on zoom though because the companies reluctance to take this seriously means we’re all at increased risk.

I love lazy moon and the people who work there. It’s nonsense to subject them, their loved ones, and strangers even to such a horrible illness. Shut down

I am a previous employee that had to leave due to health issues. Regardless, Lazy Moon has one of the most committed and fun work force I have ever encountered. Not a day goes by where someone doesn’t make another employee or a customer smile. This is Lazy Moon culture, and in light of recent events it seems that the meaning has been dissipating. I don’t want to see my old co workers go through this treatment when they’ve put their body and soul into making Lazy Moon what it is, a true home away from home! A safe place for people of all backgrounds and labels where we unite as a family. I beg as an old dedicated employee to listen to the voices of the unheard, it’s been long enough. It is the time to listen and the time for change. It’s now.

Protect the best employees in Orlando. Ownership shouldn’t be this careless and selfish.

I’m no longer an employee but the handling of COVID and racial issues, among other things, has been laughable. Management needs to communicate better and more frequently with employees and listen to complaints and make actions based on consensus not check books.
