I believe he should honourably resign, since he admitted to his guilt. The Code of Conduct was put in place for a reason, why should an individual have immunity.

i understand your concern as to which appeals board will be in place WHEN we have enough signatures. i feel with enough signatures, it won't matter who sits on the appeals board. Lets let the people stand together in unity for new leadership. this is not the first petition, but it will be the last.
